By participating in the competition, you are agreeing to these competition terms and conditions. The
competition is being run by Prudential Life Assurance Zambia Limited (Prudential).
Eligibility to Enter
The competition is open to Zambian residents aged 18 years or over. Prudential employees, agents, suppliers,
other third-party associates, and members of their immediate families are excluded from the draw. By
entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and that you are eligible to receive
any prizes that may be awarded to you.
This competition will start on the 17 th of August and end on 22 nd December
2023. All clients that have their premiums paid up to date will be
automatically entered into an online verified system draw, this system will
draw one name and that will be the winner. New clients can be eligible to
participate once they buy any of our policies except our Flexi Farewell.
Prudential will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are
incomplete or inaccurate. There is a limit of one entry per person and the
competition is completely free to enter as long as you abide by the below.
For trolley dash entry, you must be up to date with your premium
payments.
If you sign up for any of our new policies excluding our flexi plan
and make upfront payment up to 3 months, you qualify to be in the
draw of the trolley dash.
To win any of the shopping vouchers as a new client you must at least
make payment for any of our policies including our Flexi Farewell plan.
The Prize
The winning prizes are a Shoprite Trolley Dash and a total of K67, 500
worth of Shopping vouchers issued in denominations of K500, K1000 and
K2000 respectively.
The use of specific brands as prizes by Shoprite Zambia does not imply
any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands.
The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash
alternatives will be provided.
We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if
circumstances beyond our control require doing so.
Winner Announcement
The winner will be selected by random draw on live TV every last Friday of
the month starting August to December 2023 and notified via the email
address/ phone number provided, on the Monday of every weekend after
the draw.
Prudential Life Assurance Zambia will make two attempts to contact the
winner via email or Phone Call.
If the winner does not respond to the emails or Phone call informing them
of their win within 14 days of the second email or call, they forfeit their
right to the prize, and Prudential Life Assurance Zambia reserves the right
to select and notify a new winner.
Delivery of the Prize
The winner will allow 14 days for the prize to be delivered, otherwise
alternative collection or delivery arrangements can be made through
mutual agreement.
Data Protection and Publicity
You agree that any personal information that you provide when entering
the competition will be used by Prudential Life Assurance Zambia for the
purposes of administering the competition and in accordance with
Prudential’s Privacy Policy.
All entrants may request information on the winning participant by
emailing info@prudential.co.zm
The winner's first name and place of residence will be announced on
Prudential’s website, TV and social media channels. We will also use the
winner’s image for publicity purposes for this competition only.
Limitation of Liability
Prudential Life Assurance Zambia accepts no liability for any damage,
loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of
participating in the competition or being selected for a prize.
Breach of terms
If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these
terms and conditions, Prudential Life Assurance Zambia may, at its sole
discretion, suspend or terminate your participation in the competition.
General
Prudential Life Assurance Zambia reserves the right, at any time and
without prior notice, to cancel the competition or amend these terms and
conditions.
